Use of the course and programs

The course and the training programs are provided for your personal coaching and training use. Please do not share your account, copy lesson material, or redistribute the programs without written permission.

Training at your own risk

The course and programs are general education, not individual medical or physiotherapy advice. Consult a physician before starting any new training program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. By taking part, each participant accepts the risks that come with physical training, and coaches remain responsible for supervising the athletes in their care.

Accounts and purchases

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Programs bought through TrainHeroic are also governed by TrainHeroic’s own terms.

Refunds

Refund terms for the course will be set out here before launch. Refunds for programs bought in the TrainHeroic app are handled under TrainHeroic’s refund policy.

Intellectual property

All videos, text, cues and program designs remain the property of P4Swimming and its partners.
